Introduction to Makaton with Makaton Mel, aka Mel Hardy.

We’ve got an amazing training session with ‘Makaton Mel’ that will cover:

• The chance to do a task to see how not to be able to communicate feels.

• Explain what Makaton is and a brief background.

• Talk about signs and symbols and how they can help.

• Learn some riding / equine related signs and do sentences together.

ACPEA warmly welcome non-members to this training session, for a small fee of £5, including all health professionals interested in supporting people within equine activities, RDA coaches / coaches in training / volunteers who would like to learn more, and anyone else that might be interested.
