Overview

I have been a qualified physiotherapist since December of 2000. I trained in the USA and received my Master of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I have 20+ years of experience as a physiotherapist and have specialised in paediatric treatment for the majority of my professional career. In 2010, I moved to the United Kingdom and I now happily work part-time for my local NHS Community Children's Therapy Team along with working with several private clients part-time. In 2018, I completed a long time dream of mine, to achieve post-graduate qualification in Hippotherapy through CPTRH in association with Aberdeen University. After completion, I have been lucky enough to have a wonderful RDA Stables to work with near me which allows me to provide access to therapy on horseback for many children with special needs in our local area and beyond! It is an amazing experience to combine helping children with the the experience of working so closely with the horses.
